Counsel students on Vidyalankar’ s course offering and convert enquiries to enrolments

Responsible for college and school tie ups for lead generation

Conducting seminars and test at school or colleges

Lead Generation through BTL events for courses offered

Lead Conversion or counselling

Counsellor training and Team management

Managing smooth operations at centre

Activities after enrolment Arrears checking, To ensure 0 arrears

Ensure healthy growth in enrolments

Suggest new and innovative ways to increase enrolments
