Job Opening For Training & Placement Coordinator @ ITM Kharghar

General Shift: (9:30 am to 6 pm); Organization: ITM Group of Institution(www.itm.edu)

Work Location- Plot 25 & 26 Institutional Area, Sector 4, Kharghar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaison between training and placement department
• 2. Publish fortnightly and monthly training and placement reports
• 3. Publish feedback status
• 4. Analyze and create training and placement MIS
• 5. Coordination with Faculty, students, and Placement Department
• 6. Create and improvise on existing training and placement plans
• 7. Track training enrollment status, Collect student feedback
• 8. Evaluation set-up/administration and generate reports.
• 9. Create training reports for management review.
• 10. Conduct preparatory sessions on Group Discussion and Personal Interviews.

Logistics Management

• 1. Hardware/software point person.
• 2. Coordinate with Help-desk to maintain training room equipment in ready state.
• 3. Coordinate with IT staff on installation of applications for training purposes.
• 4. Coordinating the logistics for training administration
• 5. Compile post training program effectiveness
• 6. Monitoring Training requirements and audits.
• 7. Compile monthly MIS and coordinate with Trainers/Faculty
