Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Full Day Teacher with Footprints Preschool and Daycare in India. The role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, delivering effective teaching sessions, and promoting a vibrant learning environment. The teacher will focus on nurturing children’s growth and curiosity through education and play, while maintaining consistent communication with parents and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children. Additional responsibilities include planning activities, assessing developmental milestones, and upholding the center’s safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design
• Strong background in Education and Training methodologies
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven abilities in Teaching and nurturing children
• Passion for early childhood development and patience to work with young children
• Relevant certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred
• Prior experience in an early education environment is an added advantage
