Job Description
Shiv Nadar Foundation seeks to appoint a high energy, hands on, person for University admissions and outreach.
A preferred candidate would be someone who has knowledge of public and private universities across India. The role will entail meeting with universities for admissions and scholarships for students to pursue undergrad as well as post grad. Focus will be UG admissions of all the students who graduate from VidyaGyan Leadership Academy after Grade 12th. VidyaGyan are schools under the Shiv Nadar Foundation for high achieving meritorious students from rural and underserved communities.
Added advantage would be experience and knowledge of admissions and financial abroad, especially US.

Educational Qualifications
The ideal candidate should best be a Post Graduate Degree holder, preferably an MBA from a recognized Institution.
Work Experience & Additional Attributes
– Approximately 5 to 6 years of business development experience
– Proven management and strong leadership skill
– Experience in working with senior level executives and in the field
– Innovative & creative style of developing presentations and documentations
– Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
– Exceptionally self motivated and directed. Ability to motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment
– Keen attention to details
– High energy, positive can do attitude”, flexibility, high degree of intuitiveness
– Strong verbal communication skills and demonstrative ability to write clearly and persuasively
– Demonstrated ability to think strategically and thorough understanding of strategic development

The successful applicant will work well in multi cultural teams with diverse backgrounds. S/he should work well under pressure and be able to multitask. S/he should ideally have a good sense of humor. Flexibility to travel is a must. The person will report to a senior management team member.
