Job Overview: A Teacher Manager’s profile is a liaison between the teachers and the management. She/He will act as a facilitator in ensuring training and support to our teachers on the Cuemath platform.

Reports To: The Teacher Manager will report to the Cluster Head.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Teacher Quality Analysis and Performance Management

Monitoring teachers’ classes and ensuring learning outcomes are delivered effectively

Liaise with Senior Management to determine training needs and conduct training sessions

Conduct class on Cuemath platform – to be well versed with the company’s offerings

Troubleshooting Teacher Queries regularly

Support company’s NPS goals through responsive handling of teachers

Building strong relationships with teachers and leveraging them to achieve set outcomes

Lead a team of Teacher Mentors

Enthusiastically handle the day to day operations of teachers

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Math/Technology or Business

6-8 years of minimum experience working as a trainer and managing teachers/teacher community

Prior experience in teacher training and program management will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

Knowledge of MS office and Google Sheets

People Management skills

Interest in teaching Mathematics
