Looking for dynamic professionals across all ages who are committed to serving the education sector and contributing to the lives of children.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Curate content across a variety of learning outcomes in the K-8 Age group.

● Create lesson plans and train teachers across the country to improve the teaching learning process.

● Research the latest pedagogies and make the content robust and dynamic.

● Create assessments and interactive engagement modules for learners.

● Conduct master classes for learners and educators.

● Observe classrooms (virtually) and create reports to enhance the teaching learning process.

● Research global innovations in pedagogy and incorporate the best practices in Indian context

● Contribute to the Managing Director’s core-team on design and curation of learning outcomes that will

affect lakhs of students.

*This role reports directly to the Managing Director

Skillset

● Strong educational background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education (Optional)

● Prior work experience of engaging with educators, school administration and children (Optional)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong willingness to collaborate coupled with an inquisitive mind with a strong desire to learn

● Excellent interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders

● Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive.

● Excellent problem solving skills along with being adept at documentation and report writing

● Passionate about reforming India’s education system
