Openhouse
Openhouse is looking for OFFLINE Academics teachers for its learning centers. Our requirements include – Math, Science and Languages (Hindi, Kannada, English) for 1st to 8th Standard Students. The days of classes will be weekends and a few weekdays after school timings. The remuneration works on a 60/40 percent revenue sharing model where the teacher gets 60%. We have six centers located in Sadashivanagar, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Indiranagar, Sarjapur, Whitefield. Please contact only if you are residing in Bangalore and willing to take offline classes.
Requirements
Job Description –
1). Prepare curriculum and mock practice sheets based on the students’ syllabuses (ICSE&CBSE) and Openhouse guidelines.
2). Travel to our centre and take offline Trial and Regular classes as per schedule.
3). Coordinate with the Openhouse team on classroom experience and requirements.
4). Communicate with parents and give consistent feedback on student performance.
Skills and Qualifications –
1). Minimum 3 years of prior teaching experience.
2). Significant knowledge of subject matter being taught.
3). Excellent Communication skills.
4). Should be well versed in English.
5). Preferable if the candidate has a relevant degree/masters in the subject being taught.
Benefits
750/hr for Trial Classes, 60/40% revenue share for regular classes. Subject to increase if the teacher performance is good
