The Tutor should be a Graduate with atleast 5 years of experience with atleast 2 years of experience as an Online Tutor and should be well versed in using Online / digital mode like Zoom (MS Screen White Boards), screen sharing, Google Meet etc.ii. The tutor should have preferably a Laptop or other digital instruments like Tablet, Smart phone and a high speed internet connection for online tutoring purpose from their respective geographical location.iii. Possess a very good communication skills in English and the related local language.iv. The Tutors are expected to have the required soft skills and right approach required to train small age group kids to school going students.v.Should have good experience in tutoring analytical reasoning starting for school going kids above 8 years and should be able to conduct Online Tests independently and periodically to test a child’s ability to analyse data and use logic to find patterns or draw conclusions or relative subjects.vi. Tutors should teach the students in a way that they develop a strong analytical skills and should be able to think about how key elements in that information interact with one another, and they will be more likely to notice important patterns and details.vii.To conduct practice sessions especially for school going students to improve the child’s critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that contribute to their cognitive development because children develop their skills by observing and interactingAfter the Course the students should develop basics of Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability for school going students above 8 yearsFollowing excercises are a snapshot or examples of what Tutors are expected to impart: Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability: i.
