Role Description Teachers at Akshar Arbol International School design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with Cambridge International and/or IB curricula for K–12 learners. In this full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, teachers plan units, prepare instructional materials, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth. They create inclusive classroom environments that encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and collaboration, while integrating technology and real-world learning experiences such as projects and field trips. Teachers participate actively in school events, parent communication, and grade-level or subject meetings, contributing to a culture of shared responsibility for student success. Qualifications

• Strong classroom teaching skills, including lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and student assessment.
