Role Overview

We’re looking for a hybrid professional who can both build scalable data systems and design high-quality AI learning content. This role blends hands-on data engineering with instructional design, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering and AI Content Creation

• Design and develop comprehensive courses on AI/ML topics
• Create structured learning paths (beginner → advanced)
• Develop hands-on projects, assignments, and case studies
• Record video lectures or write high-quality educational content
• Stay updated with trends in AI (LLMs, Generative AI, MLOps, etc.)
• Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand material
• Collaborate with design and product teams for course delivery
• Content related to Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets across multiple sources
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support content related to AI/ML workflows
• Implement real-time and batch data processing systems
• Skilled on tools like Spark, Airflow, etc.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with SQL and database systems (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.)
• Hands-on with data tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning basics)

AI & Content Skills

• Experience creating technical content (courses, blogs, tutorials)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly
• Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building production-grade data pipelines
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or content creation experience
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, Notion, LMS platforms
• Experience creating video-based courses or bootcamps
