We are looking for Senior Training and Placement Managers with relevant work experience in the best engineering colleges or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To organize work placements and support students in the work placement process.
2. Client visit, client acquisition, client coordination for placement
3. To organize and attend placement visits to monitor the progress of students, and deal effectively with any issues/concerns that arise.
4. To assist in the development and maintenance of a database of appropriate employer and commercial/industrial links.
5. To assist with work placement correspondence and telephone inquiries internally and externally.

Requirements

1. 5 years or more relevant experience in the Education industry
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent project management skills
