• Training the aspirants on an integrated module ( English Grammar + Spoken English)
• Post-placement counseling of aspirants
• Publishing the entire Training Plan
• Deliver high-quality training that follows company methodology, and matches the skills required.
• The role requires expertise in soft skills and behavioral training in a highly agile business environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Training soft skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in behavioral skills training, confident coaching, and vocal training.
4. Should have a passion for training and the ability to connect with the staff.
5. Any certification in training will be an added advantage.
