Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all boarding houses.
– Ensure student safety, wellbeing, discipline, and pastoral care.
– Supervise House Parents, Wardens, Tutors, and Boarding Staff.
– Coordinate with academic, medical, transport, security, and administrative teams.
– Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student welfare and hostel-related matters.
– Plan and monitor evening study schedules, weekend activities, and student engagement programmes.
– Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding norms, and hostel regulations.
– Maintain records, reports, and boarding-related documentation.
– Handle emergencies and student welfare concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience
– Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
– B.Ed. preferred.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration, student welfare, hostel management, or boarding school operations.
– Experience working in any international residential school environment will be an added advantage.
