Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Coach role based in Noida. The AI Coach will guide beauty students and professionals in effectively using AI tools and platforms to enhance learning, creativity, and career readiness. Daily responsibilities include designing and delivering AI-assisted learning sessions, creating prompts and use cases tailored to beauty, cosmetology, and wellness domains, and supporting learners in using AI for research, portfolio building, content creation, and practice. The role also involves collaborating with faculty to integrate AI into curriculum modules, documenting best practices, and providing one-on-one coaching to learners with varied digital proficiency. The AI Coach will continuously evaluate emerging AI trends relevant to beauty education and recommend improvements to teaching methods, workflows, and student engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted research and content creation) and the ability to teach their use in an educational setting.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring learners, ideally in vocational, creative, or technology-enabled programs.
• Background or strong interest in beauty, cosmetology, wellness, fashion, or a related creative industry, with the ability to contextualize AI use for this domain.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, learner-friendly language.
• Comfort with digital tools, learning management systems, and basic data tracking to monitor learner progress and outcomes.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to a fast-evolving, innovative academic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, communication, psychology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or proven experience with AI tools are highly valued.
