About the job
1. Support school heads and principals in curriculum planning and classroom delivery.
2. Strengthen teaching methods to improve classroom effectiveness.
3. Optimize usage of school infrastructure such as libraries, labs, and classrooms.
4. Ensure proper functioning of facilities including toilets, computer labs, and science labs.
5. Activate student focused activities such as sports, drawing, and co scholastic programs.
6. Support smooth execution of academic and non academic school events.
7. Conduct interactive sessions to support and guide teachers.
8. Provide technical support on subject specific teaching methods.
9. Assist teachers with difficult concepts and conduct refresher training sessions.
10. Support planning of the academic year including curriculum rollout and assessments.
11. Monitor academic progress and provide continuous mentoring support.
12. Coordinate with project implementation teams for program execution.

8. Willingness to travel for school visits.
9. Age preference between 25 to 35 years.
