About the job
1. Visit allocated schools as per beat plan and carry out assigned responsibilities.
2. Ensure preparation of lesson plans by teachers and observe classes to provide feedback.
3. Conduct pedagogy focused discussions with teachers to improve teaching quality.
4. Support head teachers in managing teaching and learning processes.
5. Review student notebooks and teacher portfolios regularly.
6. Identify training needs of teachers and plan remedial training sessions.
7. Ensure smooth conduct of assessments such as spot tests, diagnostic tests, and exit tests.
8. Conduct need based teacher training programs at school level.
9. Verify school records including attendance, staff meetings, PTM, and other registers.
10. Develop and monitor school development plans and take corrective actions based on data.
11. Monitor virtual classes and ensure quality teaching delivery.
12. Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes issued by head office.
13. Support in preparation of reports such as MSR.
14. Supervise mid day meal processes including vendor coordination and billing checks.
15. Address concerns raised by teachers, students, and parents.
16. Maintain discipline among students and teaching staff.
17. Support organization of school level events and activities.
18. Liaise with community members, local leaders, and parents.
19. Conduct community surveys when required.

Other requirements
1. Graduate with B.Ed. required.
2. Postgraduate with MSW, MBA, or Rural Development preferred.
3. 3 to 5 years of experience in education program implementation.
4. Proficiency in regional language required.
5. Age preference up to 35 years.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
7. Good analytical and planning skills.
8. Ability to manage teams and work with cross functional stakeholders.
