• To ensure targets are met as set by the management.
• Accountable for overall admission target individually as well as that of the team.
• Take decisions during counseling to assess student’s capability to undertake appropriate Courses
• Lead a Team of Counselor

Skills Required

• Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 6 years experience in counselling
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines
