Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preprimary Teacher at Natraj Juniors School, located in Girwa. The Preprimary Teacher will design and implement lesson plans, teach foundational skills, and foster a positive, engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom discipline, engaging students in activities that support holistic development, and working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support students’ learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching foundational skills to young learners.
• Experience in Education and Training within an early childhood setting.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.
• Experience in incorporating play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
