Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operation/Relationship Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with partner institutions, and assisting in the implementation of skilling programs and initiatives. The Assistant Operation/Relationship Manager will help manage relationships with academic and industry stakeholders, respond to queries, and ensure timely communication and documentation. The role also includes maintaining records, preparing basic reports, supporting event and workshop coordination, and following up on action items with internal teams and external partners. As a fresher role, the position offers learning opportunities in operations, stakeholder management, and program execution under the guidance of senior team members.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, and institutional partners.
• Basic organizational and administrative abilities, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and online collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and accountable approach to tasks.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; backgrounds in management, education, or related fields are an advantage.
• Interest in the education, skilling, or non-profit sector and willingness to learn operations and relationship management.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
