What you will learn and contribute to Responsibilities Provide assistance in legal matters, i.e., IPR, labor, legal entity management and other corporate matters; Provide assistance in drafting, reviewing, verifying contract or other legal documents; Legal research and translation under the supervision of legal counsel; Provide assistance in contract management, including but not limited to contract filling and maintenance of contract management system; Provide assistance in other ad hoc assignments; Reporting to legal counsel

Your skills and experience Law school student; Internship for at least 3 months and at least 2 days per week; Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work; Requires basic legal knowledge; Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (e.g
