We’re looking for someone to build our content and social media presence from the ground up — someone who can tell that story online, consistently, without needing a film crew to do it.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn — carousels, founder-led talking videos, student testimonial posts, and educational content (visa tips, country comparisons, deadlines)
• Turn raw material (phone footage, voice notes, written testimonials) into finished posts using tools like Canva and CapCut
• Manage a realistic weekly posting calendar and keep it running on your own
• Support small-budget paid campaigns (Meta lead-gen ads) tied to actual lead capture, not just boosted reach
• Track what’s working — saves, shares, DMs, inquiries — and adjust the content plan accordingly

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content marketing (agency, in-house, or freelance — all welcome)
• Comfortable shooting and lightly editing video on a phone; no professional production background required
• Working knowledge of Canva and a basic video editing app (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Strong written English; ability to write copy that sounds human, not templated
• Self-starter — this is a remote role and you’ll often be the one deciding what gets made this week
• Interest in or familiarity with the education/study-abroad space is a plus, not a requirement
