Brainwonders is hiring dynamic counseling psychologists to fulfil the following responsibilities: (FRESHERS CAN APPLY TOO)

• Coordinate the calendar timeline & conduct counselling sessions.

• Implement the various Brainwonders career counseling services to the assigned clients.

• Visit/ or e-meet education and corporate organizations with Sr. Psychologist.

• Design and hold workshops, seminars and webinars.

• Be well-versed with Brainwonders Biometric, psychometric and Counselling services.

• Create and revise existing assessments.

• Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance.

• Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages (Muticulturalist counselors).

• Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred.

Experience: Preferred 1-2 Years ( OPEN TO FRESHERS AS WELL)

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written in English)
• Presentable (as it is a client-facing role)
• Spoken fluency in the local language (Kannada)

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
