Job Title: Vice Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vice Principal to support the Principal in the overall administration, academic excellence, and smooth functioning of the school. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to teachers, ensure high educational standards, manage student discipline, and contribute to the school’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in the day-to-day administration and management of the school.
- Monitor and improve academic performance and teaching standards.
- Supervise teachers and provide guidance on curriculum implementation and classroom management.
- Conduct classroom observations and performance evaluations.
- Ensure effective execution of school policies, procedures, and academic programs.
- Manage student discipline, attendance, and behavioral issues.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, timetables, and academic schedules.
- Organize teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities.
- Support school events, admissions, inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Prepare academic and administrative reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/ICSE/State Board guidelines and school regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, school administration, and educational policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and School ERP systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
