Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site K12 Maths Teacher role based in Gurugram. The K12 Maths Teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum for school-age learners. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching core mathematical concepts, assigning and reviewing classwork and homework, and using assessments to track student progress.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and formal training in Mathematics Education.
- Proven experience as a Qualified Teacher for K12 learners, with effective classroom and learner management skills.
- Ability to create structured and engaging learning experiences through Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or B.Ed. is preferred.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, age-appropriate ways.
- Comfort using digital tools and e-learning platforms to support instruction, assessments, and student engagement.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching, continuous improvement, and maintaining an inclusive, respectful classroom culture.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
