•Developing processes to translate school policies into envisioned programs, and ensuring they are performed and        delivered to the required quality •Supervising and monitoring the academic program delivery in Pre Primary school •Ensuring that the students achieve the potential grades in all Assessments •Representing Pre Primary teachers and bringing their concerns to the Principal. •Help in resolving the parental concerns and grievances.
