Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff in implementing school’s academic policies and procedures.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, curriculum, and instructional practices.
3. Lead and support teachers and staff in implementing curriculum, instructional practices, and professional development initiatives
4. Supervise and evaluate teachers’ instructional practices and performance
5. Provide support and guidance to teachers and staff in professional growth and development opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the Principal in setting goals and priorities for Academic excellence
7. Coordinate and monitor student discipline and behaviour management procedures.
8. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new teachers.
9. Support the Principal in communicating with parents, stakeholders, and the community.
10. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
