RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective leads
- Understanding lead profile, education path & career expectations
- Building repo with warm & cold leads
- Consult leads & decision making stakeholder about product and value addition
- Converting leads to potentially paying customers
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
KEY SKILLS
- Minimum 2 years B2C sales experience
- Professional proficiency in English & Hindi language
- Demonstrable track record of high achievement
- Experience of CRM systems
- Highly motivated & self-driven individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales
