· The teacher will be responsible for guiding students towards excellence in the subject.

· The teacher should be able to prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines

· Organizing the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment

· Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.

· Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation facilitate positive pupil development.

· Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development.
