Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target of the center.
2. Shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations in nearby areas of the respective location
3. Shall be responsible for admission process(documentation), batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges, etc.
4. Facilitate data management, team management, and managing/ preparing MIS
5. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling.
6. Shall make productive BA tie-ups (If Required).
7. Will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your center’s.
8. From a Counselling background should be a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Graduate with 1- 3 years of Sales Experience (0.6 – 3 Years Education Background).
2) Excellent communication and selling skills.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
4) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
5) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
6) Education Background would be preferred.
7) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Time-Share/Kinder Garden/Retail Cooperate client handling/Franchise counselors
8) Well known with presentation skills, Seamier for College & group activity.
