Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Art Teacher role based in Hyderabad. The Art Teacher will plan and deliver engaging art lessons aligned with the organization’s educational approach and school curriculum. Responsibilities include teaching drawing and painting techniques, demonstrating various art mediums, and guiding students through practical projects that build creativity and confidence. The role involves preparing lesson materials, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining an organized and inspiring classroom environment. The Art Teacher will collaborate with academic staff to integrate art activities with broader learning objectives and may support art exhibitions, competitions, and school events.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching abilities with experience in Teaching and Art Education, especially with school-age learners.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, age-appropriate art programs.
• Practical skills in Painting and related visual art techniques, with the ability to demonstrate and guide hands-on work.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
• Diploma or degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field preferred; prior experience as an art instructor or school art teacher is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with school staff and administrators.
