Job Description:

• Responsible for end to end admission process

• Experience in counselling students for admission and promoting facility.

• Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.

• Responsible for driving the application flow pertaining to University’s UG and Programs and achieving the desired application target

• Advise prospective students by answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and CRM.

• Segregating and following-up the paid applications/unpaid applications/web leads/digital leads/ Walk-ins pertaining to all UG and PG programs to ensure conversion of leads to admissions.

• Tele counselling and counselling of walk-ins for the UG and PG programs and converting the enquiries to applicants and follow up for admission closure.

• Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the Institute.

• Coordination for the complete JET process.

• Preparing and submitting daily reports pertaining to calling status and the outcomes, to the concerned authorities. Any other assignments from the management time to time.
