The Brand Saloon – Digital Marketing Institue, is looking for an enthusiast Academic Counsellor with experience of working with an Educational Institue for 6 months to 1 year.

Job Description:

1. Attend Walk-in Students and Explain About Various Courses

2. Follow-up for conversion of inquiries into admission

3. Set sales targets and define strategies to achieve these targets and follow the set strategy punctually

4. Exceed revenue targets by bringing in business that is in line with the company’s goals

5. Assist in planning and implementing special events and activities.

6. Supervises the activities of subordinates.

7. Oversee daily center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.

8. Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyses result and recommend and/or takes appropriate action.

9. Maintains direct contact with personnel of various outside organizations and university departments associated with the center projects.

10. Supervise team of counsellor and tele- caller Admin

11. Developing new business & market opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Should have good sales skills with experience in Counselling and Centre Management (Pref: – . Somebody who has worked with education institute etc). Focused and possess a sales mindset.

Demonstrates high ethical values.

Enthusiastic and self-driven.

2. Proficient Written and Oral communication Skills

3. Graduate in any stream

Note: Candidates applying should be from Mumbai only as they are expected to Work from Office.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday, 1 week off from weekdays.

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm.
