Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer101 based in Visakhapatnam. The Aptitude Trainer101 will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and related test-preparation topics to college students and job aspirants. The role involves designing and updating training content, creating practice questions and assessments, and evaluating learner performance to provide targeted feedback. The trainer will conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mentor learners on exam strategies, and support them in building confidence for campus placements and competitive tests. The position also includes collaborating with academic and operations teams to plan training schedules, maintain high learner engagement, and continuously improve training outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong command of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, with the ability to break down concepts into simple, clear steps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas in an engaging, learner-friendly manner.
• Prior experience in training, teaching, coaching, or test-preparation (campus placements, CAT, GRE, banking, or similar exams) is highly desirable.
• Ability to design and refine training materials, practice questions, and assessments based on learner needs and performance data.
• Comfortable delivering sessions to large groups, managing classroom dynamics, and using technology (slides, online tools, LMS) to enhance learning.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Management, or a related field; strong academic track record preferred.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback, with a learner-centric approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on-campus schedules aligned with college timetables and, when required, conduct sessions on weekends or peak placement periods.
