Job Location – Annanagar West, Chennai

Candidates who worked as Tele caller, Academic counselor or Student Counselor in Training Academy / overseas education consultancy / Coaching institution preferred.

• Counseling the Students and Working Professionals to explain various Training programs help them to choose the right training program.
• Converting Enquiries to Enrollment
• Lead Generation through cold calls and activities.
• Telephonic /online enquiry follow ups.
• Student fee collections & Follow Ups.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the ERP records & updating of sales figures and reports from time to time.

Requirement –

• Minimum 1 to 3 year Experience in Student Counselling ( Only academic counselling not Psychology counselling)
• Tele-calling skills & marketing skills are important
• Computer Skills MS Excel , MS Word and Email correspondence

• Only Female Candidates required . Age limit 21 to 40 years
