Job Description:

• Taking classes at Adyant Higher Secondary School, Bhubaneswar
• Conducting Doubt Clearing classes for students
• Developing study material for the IIT-JEE, AIEEE, and other engineering entrance exam programs
• Reviewing already created study material for further improvement and enhancement
• Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, Test Papers Daily Practice Worksheets, etc.
• Conducting extra classes when required to help weak students or to give more grilling to good students.
• Complete the entire syllabus of the designated batches well in time with full satisfaction of students, parents, and the management
• Create detailed and meaningful lesson plans
• Adhere to distinct guidelines for curriculum and pacing
• Manage classroom activities
• Interpret student testing data and develop individual learning goals
• Regularly communicate with peers and administration about student needs and curriculum
• Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments.
• Providing extra resources, support, and interventions for students who are struggling.
• Taking remedial classes instruction to meet the needs of identified students or subgroups of students
