Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and competent leader to serve as Principal. The Principal will be responsible for providing strong academic and administrative leadership, ensuring adherence to educational standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.* The Principal will report directly to the Chairman of the school and it is mandatory that all major academic, administrative, and financial decisions are taken only after prior consultation and approval from the school trustees. Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with students, teachers, the Principal is expected to come out of their office and participate in day-to-day academic and co-curricular operations.

Lead by example, be present on campus, and maintain visibility to ensure smooth functioning of the school.

· Lead the school’s academic and administrative functions in strict alignment with the directives of the Chairman and management.

· Consult with and obtain approval from management before implementing policies, introducing new initiatives, or making financial/administrative decisions.

· Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.

· Motivate and guide teachers and staff for professional development.

· Ensure compliance with board/affiliation regulations and statutory requirements.

· Maintain high academic standards and promote student well-being.

· Foster effective communication with parents and stakeholders.

· Promote innovation,STEM learning, technology integration, and co-curricular excellence under management’s guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

• The candidate must hold an academic degree, preferably a Master’s in Science or Mathematics, along with a B.Ed.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years in a leadership/administrative role preferably vice principal or principal of an affiliated CBSE School
• Strong understanding of CBSE Board curriculum (as applicable).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build a positive school culture.

· Maintenance and upkeep:

· School will handle all major repairs and maintenance of the accommodation and appliances.

· Routine upkeep, cleanliness, and responsible use of the accommodation and appliances will be the responsibility of the occupant.
