Job Description – Sr. Admissions Counsellor – MBA Program

Promote Atria Centre for Management & Entrepreneurship, Atria Institute of Technology. Primary responsibility is to increase the number of inquiries, walk-ins and admissions ­for coordinating the marketing / promotional activities with Educational Institutions and Other partners

Roles and responsibilities:

· Being highly visible as a representative of Atria Centre for Management & Entrepreneurship among the Degree Colleges

· Collection of Primary Data through Various Sources.

· Coordinate promotional events (Seminars, Workshops, Talks, Events, Business Challenges ) in Degree Colleges

· Collect Leads through the above events

· Advise students on specific degree programs

· Promoting Atria through sms blasts, Whatsapp messages, emails and Facebook campaign and collecting primary leads

· Counselling through Data Calling

· Handling queries and be the one point of contact for telephonic enquiries

· Converting leads into admissions

· Follow up on walk ins and given leads

· Be the first point of Contact for Walk Ins / Visitors

· Represent Atria in Local and outstation in Seminars, Educational fairs, Workshops, Promotional Activities etc

Qualifications :

Essential :

· Min 4-5 Years of Experience in Sales / Training / Teaching .

· Excellent written and Spoken English Language Skills

· Smart , Pleasant Personality and a go getter

· Should Enjoy Travelling especially to hinterlands

Desirable

· Prior Experience in promoting MBA / PG Programs

· Post Graduate Degree in MBA

· Knowledge of Digital Marketing Techniques

· Spoken Language Skills in Hindi and One of the following Languages : Kannada / Telugu / Tamil

Travel Requirement: 20-25 %

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹90,000.00 per month
