How will you make an impact?Our MBA Internship is crafted for MBA students between their 1st and 2nd years of Business School

The student would be matched to one project to work on based on their skill set, combined with business needs

All projects are developed by our Senior Leadership Team and have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business unit to which they are assigned.What will you do?Projects are developed by Senior Management and provides participants exposure to daily operations of a Fortune 100 company

You will get additional opportunities to experience our corporate culture with exposure to current General Manager Leaderships Development Programme (GLDP) associates, GLDP graduates, as well as other senior leaders in the organization

To ensure projects are meaningful and meet the needs of our dynamic business, final project assignments will not be resolved until the starting date

The Student will be asked to present an end of assignment presentation to their team of colleagues as well as our Senior Leadership Team at the end of their experience and will be evaluated at the end of their program and interviewed for a full-time role in the GLDP upon graduation.Examples Projects:Analysis of Export Operations in Distributor marketsPortfolio Sourcing Optimization and MetricsAnalysis of Market Applications to Provide Customer Workflow Advantage, Strategic MarketingIdentify Outsourcing Opportunities in a specific regionLead and implement proof of concept pilots to validate business caseConduct VOC analysis and concept test resultsLocations:The placement will be remote and require business travel, we are flexible on location base across EuropeHow will you get here?All candidates must be currently pursuing an MBA from a regionally accredited institutionMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience prior to business schoolOutstanding hands-on approach with strong analytical and leadership skillsResults-oriented and have a strong desire to get involved with day-to-day operations of the companyMust be able to work independently as well as in a teamAll candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without restrictionWillingness to relocate is required
