We’re looking for a Coordinator who is equally passionate about our student first mission to help students save time, save money, and get smarter.This position will be based in New Delhi and reports to the Manager of Culture, Belonging, & Diversity (CB&D)
The CB&D Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the CB&D team
The goal of this position is to ensure that the day-to-day CB&D operations run smoothly and efficiently
To be an excellent CB&D coordinator, you must be organized with the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, work in ambiguity, generate creative and innovative solutions, maintain a client-service approach to all tasks, and be comfortable working with individuals from various backgrounds and differing opinions.Responsibilities:Assisting Team in planning and scheduling all aspects of diversity-related programs and events across global time zones.Help to gather data, drafting responses, and coordinating the submission of diversity-related industry benchmarking and client surveys.Summarize data and manage metrics reporting.Maintain project plans and track tasks until completionManage team program budgets and vendor contract/invoice processesAssist in project planning and mapping out annual CB&D calendarCreate, update, and enhance program sites – Smartsheets,LumApps (OrangeNet)Set-up and manage event details in the Learning Management SystemAd hoc projects as requestedRequirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience of closely related experience and/or project managementExcellent writing, research and organizational skills, a detail-oriented and proactive approach to projectsUnderstanding of Adobe, Canva , Contact Monkey and other similar platforms to make creatives.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Great interpersonal skills to interact withemployeeandleadersat all levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentQuantitative skillsA team-oriented approach, and a desire to learnDiscreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentialityAdditional Information:At Chegg, we value diversity and always treat all employees and job applicants based on merit, qualifications, competence, and talent
