Work with the admissions team to drive enrolments by promoting the school to new parentsMeasure and report on how the customer experience supports Taaleem’s brand promiseDeal with non-academic school issues that parents or a parent group might raiseDeal with parents’ concerns and they are recorded and promptly resolved.With the DDA/Admissions Officer, ensure that front line staff excel in their customer serviceOrganise and, if required, conduct school toursCoordinate interviews and tests for new students with relevant faculty membersEnsure parents submit the required documentation with applications and for registration with the regulatory authorityAttend school community events and meetings and report on themLiaise with the Admissions Officer to organise new families’ orientationPromote the school by identifying PR opportunities with CO’s Marketing TeamCommunicate the schools/students’ achievements via internal and external channelsUpdate the school’s communication channels including social media and the websitePromote school events and, if required, liaise with CO’s Marketing Team for promotion of the same to external audienceEnsure that all communications and signage school adhere to the approved branding guidelinesLiaise with the facilities team to ensure the campus is presentable and clean at all times Additional Information:Salary: 25000Frequency: Per monthRemote Job: Fully in-personEmployment type: Full-time
