● Can easily break down concepts into teachable moments
● Has a good hold on phonics, grammar and all other concepts of ELA taught to early and
middle school students.
Criteria:-
● Experience/understanding of creative content writing, especially for presenter based
videos
● Experience/understanding of the K3 demographic and content relevance on YouTube
● Experience/understanding of writing with basic cinematography
● 0-2 years of experience in EdTech industry
● Is a Disneyphile
