Where does the role fit?
This is a critical role as Chennai city has one of the best healthcare infrastructures in the
country and a huge network of hospitals. You will be part of a very dynamic, hardworking
South India Sales team which has grown the patient enrolments and hospitals base by
7000% in 2021 year over 2020 year.
Reporting to Region Head, you will be part of middle management and a state level team,
collaborating with global team. You will be leading a team of Hospital based Customer
Success Managers and other initiatives on in our India operations with potential for the
role to grow as Region Head.
What will you do?
Below are the core tasks that will keep you busy, all day, week, month and year:
Designation: Regional Sales Manager / ASM – Chennai
Base location: Chennai, Tamilnadu
Reports into Region Head, Tamilnadu.
Responsibilities
1. Good communication skills and pleasing personality
2. Strong sales and account management experience
3. Manage a team of Hospitals based Patient Care Counsellors / Patient Care
Managers
4. Local Chennai region knowledge and expertise in knowing hospital owners
5. 4 to 8 years’ experience meeting Chennai based hospital owners
6. People from MNC background preferred but not mandatory
7. People from concept selling / digital health background preferred but not
mandatory
8. People working in large hospitals like Apollo, Fortis, Billroth, MGM, Dr. Rela
Institute, SIMS, SRMC, etc preferred but not mandatory
9. Leads business development, sales and execution of healthcare services with
healthcare entities including hospitals, doctors, Insurance companies and service
providers
10. Responsible for expansion & development of strategies to achieve business
success
11. Connecting with hospital owners (there are 200 plus hospitals in Chennai region
only) and establishing long-term relationships with potential hospitals
12. Drive the identification, evaluation and management of hospital leads
13. Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities with potential clients/customers
14. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in addressing and crafting the best solution
to address hospital’s needs and environment
15. Collaborate and push marketing for state level promotional activities targeting the
required segment to establish DayToDay as the first choice among the Hospitals,
Doctors and Patients for pre and post care.
Requirements

Concept selling and convincing skills
Good Communication Skills – Tamil, Hindi & English
Presentable personality and strong negotiation skills
Education/Training
Science graduation along with MBA is preferred. Medical background candidates
like Pharmacy, Nursing, Hospital Management Courses, Dentists,
Physiotherapists, BAMS, BHMS, etc. are preferred
