We are looking for an AI Developer & Trainer / Faculty with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT, preferably in full stack development with a strong backend focus. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to AI tools, automation, APIs, and real-world development projects, along with the confidence and communication skills required to train and mentor students professionally.

This role requires someone who is technically strong, passionate about teaching, and capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner through practical sessions, live demos, and industry-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical hands-on training on AI tools, backend-focused full stack development, APIs, and automation
• Conduct live coding sessions, demos, and project-based learning
• Explain technical concepts clearly using real-world use cases
• Assist in developing scalable AI-integrated backend systems
• Guide students on projects, workflows, deployment, and industry practices
• Keep training sessions engaging, updated, and industry-oriented
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, workflows, and development trends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in IT / AI / Full Stack Development
• Strong understanding of backend development and APIs
• Hands-on project experience in development and AI-based workflows
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle and explain technical concepts confidently
• Languages Required: English, Bengali, Hindi

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development knowledge using Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Experience with Full Stack Development (backend-focused preferred)
• REST API development and integration
• GitHub and version control workflows
• Database knowledge: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Understanding of backend architecture and system design
• Deployment knowledge on cloud/server environments
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows
• Prompt Engineering and AI tool integration
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Google AI Studio, Codex, Claude Code, etc.
• Ability to build AI-integrated applications and backend systems
• Exposure to real-world AI projects, automation workflows
