Job Purpose :

The Centre Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, and strategic direction of the centre. This role ensures the effective delivery of services, optimal resource utilization, staff management, and achievement of performance targets. The Centre Head acts as the key liaison between management and on-ground operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals while fostering a productive, client-focused, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall preschool operations and staff
• Lead and mentor teachers & support team
• Handle admissions, parent engagement, and enrolments
• Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and child safety standards
• Maintain centre performance, reporting, and compliance

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Team handling and decision-making ability
• Understanding of child development and parent management
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)

Eligibility

• Graduate in any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Centre Head / Branch Head
• OR
• Experience in client management / teaching leadership roles
