💼 Role Overview

As an Academics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality academic delivery, managing tutors, and driving student success through structured monitoring and operational excellence.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise tutors across multiple student batches

• Monitor teaching quality and ensure academic standards

• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance support to tutors

• Plan and manage class schedules and timetables

• Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations

• Track attendance, session delivery, and batch coverage

• Review live & recorded sessions for quality assurance

• Communicate student progress and plans with parents

• Act as the bridge between parents and internal teams

🎓 Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• 2025 graduates are welcome to apply
• Freshers encouraged
• Prior experience in teaching/tutoring is a plus
• HINDI + ENGLISH
• TAMIL + ENGLISH
• TELUGU + ENGLISH

💰 Compensation

• ₹3.25 LPA (First 3 months – Probation)
