Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a School Teacher at PEP Schoolv2, based in Hyderabad. The School Teacher will be responsible for designing thoughtful lesson plans, delivering engaging and individualized lessons in small group settings, and fostering a love for learning. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating a supportive and nurturing classroom environment. Teachers at PEP Schoolv2 will also collaborate with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and continuously develop their teaching practices to align with the school’s innovative educational philosophy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate, and effective lessons.
• Strong background in Education and Teaching, with experience tailoring instruction to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent Communication skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Proven ability to lead Training sessions and inspire learning in both students and peers.
• A growth mindset, collaboration skills, and a commitment to student development and personalized learning.
• Teaching certification or a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with small groups of students or in alternative education settings is a plus.
• Passion for reimagining education and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
