Design and implement capability building initiatives for the marketing teams as per the organizational short term & long-term needs/goals. Building a competency-based learning & development framework in-line with the overall Sales & Marketing Academy strategy. Execute with passion the L&D plans for employees in the marketing function which includes Brand managers, senior brand managers, group brand managers/brand leads and marketing heads across all clusters in India Business.
Accountabilities
A) Provide support in identification of needs & priorities, design capability building interventions, implement L&D plans & initiatives in line with role’s/business’ priorities & talent capability demands
Support in conducting TNI from individual, role & business perspective to identify L&D plans for the year
Implement Learning curriculum & roadmaps for individual contributor, team lead & Marketing Head roles in the marketing function.
Align and help in building integrated learning roadmap with MEX (Marketing Excellence) and HR team.
Participate & contribute to project teams to design the pre, during & post assessments of a learning intervention, along with learning transfer support materials for each learning intervention including – induction kit, process kit, communication, job aids, learning assignments, assessment mechanisms, participant workbook, etc
B) Facilitate smooth launch & implementation of learning initiatives under Technical, functional & behavioural learning areas to build capability, adhere to processes to drive & govern these initiatives to ensure all programs are conducted as per timelines
Create and execute program launch plan – coordinate with facilitator (internal/external), plan communication of the initiative to participants and leadership teams, TTT, pilot batch, launch support material and general administration
Help in conducting induction for new joiners in marketing function and help drive the process adherence to same
Co-facilitate functional learning interventions along with MiGurus (SMEs and leader’s as teachers) and drive/deliver managerial & behavioural learning interventions
Strong and continuous partnering with HR, MEX, & Business teams to drive learning implementation
Identify business anchors, mentors/co-facilitators to drive ownership of the initiative
Drive adherence to guidelines, processes and role of every participant, their manager & business leaders for successful transfer of learning
Drive the relevant governance mechanism to ensure the program is being driven successfully & consistently
Publish learning calendars & dashboards & drive efficiency & effectiveness of learning across the roles and teams
C) Identify customised learning needs, if any, in partnership with business and HR leadership, and help build MiGurus to build internal training capabilities
Execution and updation of the competency-based learning framework and build capability offerings in lines with core competencies
Plans & partners with business on customised learning needs of the business/cluster
Help build New Launch Excellence in marketing
Contribute to building internal training capability of HR teams / Business Leader’s as Trainers (MiGurus) – Identifying, building & recognizing
D) Partner in driving key Learning and Talent Management initiatives
Partner with respective HR teams on Talent Management projects like iGrow (ADC), 360º Feedbacks, Promotions & elevations cycles, Talent calibration etc.
Contribute actively to other MEX projects • Identify/build/maintain relationships with external L&D partners & consultants
Partner in strengthening the overall Sales & Marketing Academy
Education Qualification
MBA, Bachelors/Masters in Organisation Psychology/Life Sciences/B.A. or Master’s Degree (Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, Training, etc)
Relevant Work Experience
5 to 9 years experience of directly or indirectly managing L&D teams
Candidates working in managing L&D interventions for large size Sales teams shall be preferred.
