An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product (Study Abroad)
Answer questions about the company
Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors
Enter and update student information in the database
Keep records of calls and note useful information

Requirements:
Proven experience as tele sales representative
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services offered by the company
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
