- Conduct regular training for teachers
- Conceptualize and create teacher training materials based on need
- Recording of videos for Asynchronous trainings
- Coordination with the design team on finalization of the training content
- Coordination with marketing and customer success teams
- Check completion of tasks by teachers and provide feedback to them on their work
- Collect and maintain the record of feedback on each sessions
- Develop and assess training needs based on feedback from teachers
- Be the Point of contact for teachers to resolve their queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
- Strong communication skills (written + oral)
- 5+ years prior experience of which at least 3 years in content development and training of teachers
- Knowledge of both online and offline training strategies
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google sheets
- Experience of working in the L&D department of EdTechs/ teacher training organizations will be an added advantage
