Academic Coordinator Job at Uppal, Telangana Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Coordinator with strong expertise in CBSE curriculum management for Grades 9 and 10. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic planning, curriculum execution, faculty coordination, student performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with CBSE standards. Prior experience handling secondary school academics, especially Grades 9 & 10 under CBSE, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate academic activities for Grades 9 & 10 as per CBSE guidelines.
• Ensure effective curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and assessment practices.
• Monitor academic performance of students and implement improvement strategies.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
• Prepare academic calendars, examination schedules, and curriculum plans.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management.
• Analyze board exam results and drive academic excellence initiatives.
• Organize remedial programs, enrichment activities, and student mentoring.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus and adherence to CBSE norms.
• Coordinate with school leadership, parents, and faculty regarding academic progress.
• Conduct training sessions and professional development programs for teachers.
• Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation required by CBSE.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
